Moore Threads Export Control Compliance Policy Statement

Moore Threads Technology Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries under its controlling shareholding or control and branches (collectively referred to as "Moore Threads") undertake to comply with all applicable export control and economic sanctions laws and regulations. Moore Threads mandates all its employees, including senior management and executives, to fully understand and comply with all relevant international export control and economic sanctions laws and regulations, and to implement these legal requirements in accordance with Moore Threads "Export Control Compliance Guidelines" and "Export Control Compliance Operating Procedures" (collectively referred to as "Export Control Compliance Policy").

Moore Threads has established and will continue to improve the export control and economic sanctions compliance system. Moore Threads conducts risk-oriented compliance reviews on transactions and related activities, and constantly improves its review and control processes to mitigate the risks of illegal exports. Moore Thread is well aware of the complexity of export control and economic sanctions laws and regulations. Therefore, in addition to the internal legal and compliance department responsible for export control and sanctions, Moore Thread collaborates closely with third-party professional institutions which conduct regular training, knowledge sharing, and provide specific compliance plans and advice when necessary to continually enhance the compliance awareness and capabilities of all its employees. Furthermore, Moore Threads advocates for its customers, suppliers, and other business partners jointly to comply with export control and economic sanctions laws and regulations. Moore Threads will also incorporate relevant compliance requirements into agreements with business partners.

Violations of export controls and economic sanctions regulations will cause significant losses to Moore Threads. In addition to being subject to disciplinary sanctions by Moore Threads, individuals who violate these regulations shall also be liable when violating the law.

This policy statement is issued corporate-wide and will be updated timely, applicable to all employees, business units, branches, and subsidiaries of Moore Threads.
